This fast moving game involves counting from 1-2-3-4-5-6-7UP. It is a competitive game that progressively excludes players who make mistakes - leaving a clear winner. Players stand in a circle. Players count one number at a time. Players know they have to count because the player next to them has counted a number aloud and tapped the shoulder closest to them. Players reverse the direction of counting by selecting the other shoulder to tap. Numbers 1-6 are counted with a shoulder tap by the player; 7UP must be counted by a hand on the head. Counting restarts by the person who would have been next. Counting out of order gets you out, missing your cue gets you out. Counting 7 on the shoulder instead of tapping the head gets you out. Suitable for ages 7 and up!
